Carriers: We ship with UPS, USPS and FedEx this is determined a the point of shipment on which ever best serves your destination.

Processing time
We generally prepare your shipment within 3 to 5 business days.  This can vary depending on the product.  Some products are tailored to your request.  This can add to the order processing time. For bespoke orders we will provide you an estimated lead time prior to your order. Should you have any questions or other requirements please contact us prior to order and we will do our best to accommodate.

Shipping outside the United States
Buyers will be responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We will provide a shipping and processing estimate prior to order. Note: We can not responsible for delays due to customs.

Statement on colors
Actual colors may vary. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor, laptop, tablet and phone screen has a different capability to display colors and that everyone sees these colors differently. We try to edit our photos to show all of our products as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
